Забыл про это!ДА естественно!
Может пинг стибать Мамка Торенты вкл я её ругаю но Это редко бывает

хочешь сказать, что никогда ничего не качаешь??? фильмы там, музыку, проги?
а если качаешь - то однозначно не круглосуточный получается, т.к. во время закачки полюбому лагает временами.
Потому лучше сделать закачку по расписанию, скажем ночью-утром с 3 до 10 или до 11. В это время мало кто играет, или не играет вообще.
А сервер запускать во все остальное время.
И явно это указать на сайте, или при входе на сервер на страничке html.
Тогда будет всем проще - и тебе (можно будет все-таки качать что-нибудь), и игрокам - не будет лагов во время игры, и будут знать, когда серв работает, а когда нет.

Вобщем исправь конфиг alx low ping , т.к у тебя стоит при пинге 30 кик (это стандартно так), если хочешь вот конфиг :

че-та никого там нету...

зашел как-то - один хозяин, и несколько БОТОВ. Самых настоящих. А с ними я играть не буду. Вот и ушел...
Убери ботов, лучше уж как-нибудь собирай народ через знакомых, друзей, на соответствующих форумах ссылки дай (только чтоб не оффтопик).

Везде так поначалу - никого нет, но потом, при условии постоянного присутствия не особо пьяных админов, народ потянется

Да я так не люблю спам что бы везде оставлять сервак хз почему,наверно потому что меня бесит спам!
